Salary: Up to £35,000 | Full-Time Hours

What You’ll Bring

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in a senior role within a nursery or childcare setting.
  • Passion for early childhood education and creating a nurturing learning environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • A team-oriented mindset with the ability to lead and motivate others.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding practices and childcare regulations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading by Example: Oversee and inspire a team of practitioners, ensuring high-quality care and learning for children in your room.
  • Planning and Implementation: Design and deliver engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework to support children’s development.
  • Supporting Growth: Observe and assess children’s progress, working with parents and colleagues to tailor learning experiences.
  • Maintaining Standards: Ensure the room is clean, safe, and well-organized, adhering to all safeguarding and health and safety guidelines.
  • Collaborative Approach: Foster strong relationships with families, supporting their role in their child’s learning journey.
