What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading by Example: Oversee and inspire a team of practitioners, ensuring high-quality care and learning for children in your room.
- Planning and Implementation: Design and deliver engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework to support children’s development.
- Supporting Growth: Observe and assess children’s progress, working with parents and colleagues to tailor learning experiences.
- Maintaining Standards: Ensure the room is clean, safe, and well-organized, adhering to all safeguarding and health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborative Approach: Foster strong relationships with families, supporting their role in their child’s learning journey.
