Level 3 Nursery Room Leader
Salary: Up to £28,000 
Full-time, 40 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join a dynamic team. The role involves leading a room, supporting children’s development, and ensuring a high-quality early years experience.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
  • Previous experience in a nursery setting, with leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and best practices in early years education.
  • Passionate about child development, with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Inspire: Manage the day-to-day running of the room, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment.
  • Child Development: Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that support children’s learning and development.
  • Team Support: Mentor and guide practitioners within the room, fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere.
  • Parent Partnerships: Build strong, professional relationships with families, providing updates on their child’s progress.
  • Safeguarding & Welfare: Ensure all policies and procedures are followed to maintain high standards of safety and care.
