Salary: Up to £28,000
Full-time, 40 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join a dynamic team. The role involves leading a room, supporting children’s development, and ensuring a high-quality early years experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
- Previous experience in a nursery setting, with leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and best practices in early years education.
- Passionate about child development, with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Inspire: Manage the day-to-day running of the room, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment.
- Child Development: Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that support children’s learning and development.
- Team Support: Mentor and guide practitioners within the room, fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere.
- Parent Partnerships: Build strong, professional relationships with families, providing updates on their child’s progress.
- Safeguarding & Welfare: Ensure all policies and procedures are followed to maintain high standards of safety and care.
