Salary: £30,000 - £32,000

40 hours per week, Full-Time, All Year Round

Our client Nursery has been designed to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where young children can develop confidence, independence, and a love for learning. With carefully designed age-appropriate rooms, including a dedicated Baby Room, the nursery offers the ideal space for exploration and growth.

They are looking for a Level 3 Nursery Room Leader to take the lead in the Baby Room, guiding a team of practitioners to provide exceptional care and early education for the youngest learners. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate early years professional to take the next step in their career and make a real difference in a child-focused, supportive environment.

What You’ll Need:

• Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience working in an early years setting.
• Leadership experience or a strong desire to take on a leadership role.
• A nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• A commitment to providing exceptional care and education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team within the Baby Room, ensuring a nurturing and high-quality environment.
• Provide outstanding care and learning experiences tailored to the needs of babies.
• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating space that promotes early development.
• Support and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative and positive team culture.
• Observe and assess children’s progress, working with parents to support their development.
