Deputy Home Manager – Residential Care

Up to £31,500 | 37.5 hours per week

 

Are you a compassionate and experienced leader looking for your next opportunity in dementia care? Our client is seeking a Deputy Home Manager to join their warm and welcoming residential care home. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care in a home-from-home environment.

 

The home specialises in dementia care and is designed to be a calm, light, and airy space, with beautiful gardens that provide a peaceful setting for residents and staff alike.

 

As Deputy Home Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth running of the service, maintaining the highest standards of care and compliance with CQC regulations. You will lead and support a dedicated team, promoting dignity, independence, and well-being for all residents.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Level 4 or 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification).
  • Previous experience as a Deputy Home Manager in a residential care setting.
  • Experience working within dementia care and a strong understanding of best practices.
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
