Registered Home Manager (Residential Care)

Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £45,000

We are looking for an experienced Registered Home Manager (Residential Care) to lead the daily operations of our client's beautiful, traditional care home, which includes a purpose-built dementia unit. The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining compliance with CQC standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 5 in Health and Social Care

• Previous experience managing a residential or nursing home.
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards with a track record of achieving Outstanding ratings.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proven experience in marketing and business development within the private care sector.
• Passion for high-quality care and service growth.
