Salary: Up to £30,500 p/a
Our client, a specialist residential and rehabilitation service for individuals with complex needs and brain injuries, is looking for a dedicated Deputy Home Manager to join their team. This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced care professional to take on a leadership role, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care while supporting both residents and staff.
As Deputy Home Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the service, working closely with the Home Manager to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care. This role requires a strong leader who can inspire and support staff, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations while maintaining a warm and nurturing environment for residents.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Previous senior and leadership experience within a care setting
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and best practices in care
- Passion for person-centred care and supporting individuals with complex needs
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
