Deputy Home Manager (Residential Care and Rehabilitation)

Salary: Up to £30,500 p/a

Our client, a specialist residential and rehabilitation service for individuals with complex needs and brain injuries, is looking for a dedicated Deputy Home Manager to join their team. This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced care professional to take on a leadership role, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care while supporting both residents and staff.

 

As Deputy Home Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the service, working closely with the Home Manager to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care. This role requires a strong leader who can inspire and support staff, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations while maintaining a warm and nurturing environment for residents.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Previous senior and leadership experience within a care setting
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and best practices in care
  • Passion for person-centred care and supporting individuals with complex needs
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the operational management of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care.
  • Lead and mentor staff, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and promote best practices in care.
  • Work closely with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop person-centred care plans.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in service delivery and quality.
