Salary: Up to £40,000 + Bonus Scheme
Hours: Full-time | 40 hours per week

The Deputy Home Manager will play a key role in supporting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home. This is an opportunity to shape young lives, lead a passionate team, and uphold the highest standards of care and compliance.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years’ experience working in a children’s residential setting.
- Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or an equivalent qualification).
- Proven experience in an Ofsted-regulated children’s home with a track record of achieving high inspection outcomes.
- A strong understanding of the challenges and needs of children in residential care.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the leadership and management of the home, ensuring a warm and supportive environment for children and young people.
- Support the Registered Manager in achieving Good or Outstanding ratings in Ofsted inspections.
- Ensure the home meets all regulatory and safeguarding requirements.
- Provide guidance, supervision, and training to staff, fostering a culture of growth and professional development.
- Build strong relationships with young people, their families, and external professionals.
- Support in developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs.
