Our client, a leading care provider, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join their skilled team, delivering exceptional care to older adults. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring residents receive outstanding care tailored to their individual needs. Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, you’ll provide expert nursing care, support daily operations, and contribute to maintaining a safe and caring environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Resident Care: Provide high-quality, individualized nursing care, ensuring the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of residents.
- Medication Administration: Safely administer and manage medications in line with policies and procedures.
- Monitoring & Assessment: Regularly assess residents’ needs, updating care plans and escalating concerns as necessary.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to deliver consistent, person-centred care and support.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Family Engagement: Build strong relationships with residents’ families, providing updates and reassurance.
