Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN)

Hourly Rate: £25 | Full-Time Role

 

Our client, a leading care provider, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join their skilled team, delivering exceptional care to older adults. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring residents receive outstanding care tailored to their individual needs. Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, you’ll provide expert nursing care, support daily operations, and contribute to maintaining a safe and caring environment.

  • Registered Nurse: Active NMC registration as an RGN or RMN.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resident Care: Provide high-quality, individualized nursing care, ensuring the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of residents.
  • Medication Administration: Safely administer and manage medications in line with policies and procedures.
  • Monitoring & Assessment: Regularly assess residents’ needs, updating care plans and escalating concerns as necessary.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to deliver consistent, person-centred care and support.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Family Engagement: Build strong relationships with residents’ families, providing updates and reassurance.
