- Nursing Qualification: Active NMC registration as an RGN or RMN.

About the Role
As Deputy Nurse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the home while delivering outstanding care to residents. Working closely with the Home Manager, you will:
- Lead and Inspire: Support and guide the nursing and care teams, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
- Deliver Excellence: Maintain and enhance high standards of person-centred care for all residents.
- Compliance and Standards: Assist in ensuring that regulatory and CQC requirements are met and exceeded.
- Operational Support: Help manage staff rotas, training, and development, ensuring a high-performing team.
- Resident Wellbeing: Build strong relationships with residents and their families to ensure the best possible experience.
- Clinical Expertise: Provide hands-on clinical care and oversee complex health needs as required.
