Night Shifts

Hourly Rate: From £19

37.5 hours per week

Our client, a specialist care provider for adults with physical disabilities and neurological conditions, is looking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join their warm and welcoming team. The successful candidate will be part of an organization that prides itself on delivering high-quality, person-centred care and has earned a “Good” rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC). This role involves providing compassionate, skilled nursing care on night shifts in a supportive and dynamic environment.

 

What we’re looking for

  • Registered Nurse: Nursing qualification, with an active NMC registration.
  • Clinical Competency: Demonstrate strong clinical skills and a caring approach.
  • Team Player: Possess excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Relevant Experience: Experience with physical disabilities and neurological conditions is advantageous but not required.
  • Commitment to Learning: Show a dedication to ongoing learning and professional growth.

Your day-to-day

  • Personalised Care Delivery: Provide high-quality nursing care tailored to each individual’s unique needs and preferences.
  • Create a Safe, Inclusive Environment: Promote a supportive and inclusive environment for residents.
  • Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work closely with other professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Medication Administration: Administer medications accurately and manage medical supplies and equipment.
  • Emotional Support: Offer compassionate support to residents and their families, fostering positive relationships.
  • Health Monitoring: Document residents' progress and promptly address any changes in their health.
