What we’re looking for:
- Registered Qualification: Registered Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN) with an active and clear NMC PIN.
- Compassionate Care: A genuine passion for nursing and elderly care.

- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team and take initiative when required.
- Dementia Experience: Previous experience in a dementia or residential care setting is advantageous but not essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Medication Management: Administering medication and treatments in line with care plans and regulatory guidelines.
- Care Planning: Assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care plans for residents.
- Family Engagement: Building positive relationships with residents and their families, ensuring open communication.
- Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring care staff to maintain the highest standards of care.
