What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• Qualifications: A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
• Relevant Experience: Proven experience as a Nursery Manager or in a similar leadership role within an early years setting.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team.
• Regulatory Knowledge: A thorough understanding of OFSTED standards and early years curriculum frameworks.
• Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and communication skills.
