Salary: Up to £45,000

Our client, a well-established nursery set in a charming converted home with a spacious all-weather garden, is seeking an exceptional Nursery Manager to lead their dedicated team. As the Nursery Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for every child. You will lead a talented team, build strong relationships with families, and champion an environment that fosters growth, creativity, and well-being for children and staff alike.

 

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within an early years setting.
  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above) is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with families and staff.
  • A proactive and organised approach to nursery management.
