As the Nursery Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for every child. What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in a leadership role within an early years setting.
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above) is essential.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with families and staff.
- A proactive and organised approach to nursery management.
