Mental Health Nurse  
Hourly Rate: £22

Rotation on day and night shifts, full-time hours

As a Mental Health Nurse, you will play a key role in supporting residents with complex mental health and dementia care needs. Working within a skilled and compassionate team, you will use your clinical expertise to ensure residents feel safe, respected, and empowered in their daily lives.

 

What We're Looking For

  • A Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification (RMN) with a valid NMC registration
  • A passion for person-centred care and improving the lives of older adults
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
  • A team player with excellent communication and leadership abilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with individual care plans
  • Administer medication safely and effectively
  • Monitor residents’ health and respond to any changes or concerns
  • Lead and support care staff, promoting a positive team culture
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with care standards
  • Provide emotional and professional support to residents and their families
