Registered Nurse – RGN/RMN

Night Shifts | £21.50 per hour | 36 Hours per Week

Are you an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding role in a supportive care home environment? Our client is seeking a dedicated nurse to join their night shift team at a welcoming care home in Bradford. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality care and support throughout the night, ensuring residents receive the best possible treatment in a safe and comfortable setting.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Registered Nurse Qualification – RGN or RMN with a valid UK NMC registration
  • Experience – Previous experience in a similar nursing role
  • Clinical Knowledge – Strong understanding of nursing procedures and best practices
  • Health & Safety Awareness – Knowledge of relevant regulations
  • Compassion & Dedication – A caring and empathetic approach to patient care
  • Resilience & Adaptability – Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment
  • Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and create tailored care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor residents' health, record vital signs, and update medical records
  • Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals for optimal care delivery
  • Provide guidance to residents and their families on health management
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
  • Maintain detailed documentation and handover reports
