Our client, a well-established and luxurious care centre, is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join their compassionate team on night shifts. Designed to an exceptionally high standard, this specialist service provides residential, nursing, and dementia care in a warm and welcoming environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and caring nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care while working within a team that truly values and supports its staff.

What We’re Looking For:

• Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC pin.
• Experience in a care home, mental health, or dementia setting is desirable but not essential.
• A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care, ensuring the health, dignity, and wellbeing of residents.
• Support individuals with complex needs, including dementia care, in a compassionate and respectful manner.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalised care plans.
• Lead and supervise care staff to maintain exceptional standards of care.
• Administer medication safely and effectively, following best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to emergencies and liaise with families, ensuring clear and empathetic communication.
