Salary: Up to £30,000 | Full-Time: 40 Hours Per Week
Our client, a well-established and highly regarded nursery, is seeking a passionate qualified Nursery Room Leader to join their exceptional team. This is your opportunity to take the lead in creating a safe, engaging, and joyful environment where children from 3 months to Pre-School age thrive through learning and play.
As a Nursery Room Leader, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of your room, working closely with a dedicated team to create meaningful experiences for the children. With thoughtfully designed spaces for each age group, the nursery is committed to fostering every child's development through the seven areas of learning, while emphasising accessibility for all.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or above) is essential.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within an early years or nursery setting.
- A deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s growth and fostering a love of learning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire your team of practitioners to deliver high-quality childcare and learning experiences.
- Plan and implement engaging activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
- Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, creating a positive and collaborative atmosphere.
- Ensure the environment is safe, secure, and stimulating, promoting children’s development through exploration and play.
- Observe and assess children’s progress, tailoring activities to meet their individual needs and interests.
- Maintain compliance with all policies, procedures, and safeguarding standards.
