Salary: Up to £31,000

40 hours per week

What we’re looking for:

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience working in a nursery setting, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Passionate about child development and dedicated to fostering a positive, nurturing environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all children.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to a team of nursery practitioners, ensuring high-quality care and education.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff to create a warm and welcoming community.
  • Maintain compliance with safeguarding and health and safety standards.
