Senior Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)
Starting Salary: £25,500 (Rising to £27,000 after Successful Probation)
Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Nursery Practitioner to join their welcoming team in a beautiful nursery setting that caters to children from six weeks to five years old. The nursery is designed to provide a warm, homely environment that encourages young minds to grow and develop, with a spacious outdoor area equipped with everything from sand pits and mud kitchens to vegetable patches.
As the Senior Nursery Practitioner, you will be a key part of the nursery team, supporting children’s growth and ensuring that each child has a safe, stimulating, and caring experience. You’ll use your expertise to lead activities, provide guidance to other practitioners, and help foster a nurturing environment where children feel valued and supported.
Qualifications and Skills
- Qualification: A Level 3 qualification in Early Years
- Experience in an Early Years Setting: Proven experience in a nursery or childcare setting, with a focus on supporting children’s early development.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and team members.
- Passion for Child Development: A deep commitment to helping children grow, learn, and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
