Hourly Rate: £14.50
Night Shifts, Full-Time
Shift Times: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Includes alternate weekends)

What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications: Level 3 Health and Social Care or higher.
- Experience: Minimum of two years as a Care Assistant in a residential or nursing home setting.
- Person-Centred Care: Strong understanding of individualised care planning.
- Safeguarding: In-depth knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
- Location: Must live within a 30-minute commute of Sleaford.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example, providing supervision and guidance to the care team.
- Support and mentor colleagues, contributing to their professional development.
- Communicate any concerns effectively to senior management.
- Implement individual care plans and ensure daily tasks are carried out efficiently.
- Offer compassionate and responsive personal care assistance to residents.
- Observe and monitor residents' wellbeing, promptly reporting any changes.
- Allocate and oversee the work of Healthcare Assistants (HCAs).
- Maintain positive professional relationships with residents, colleagues, and visitors.
- Undertake medication training and administer medication as required.
