As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of residents by providing personalised care and support. You’ll work closely with a friendly and collaborative team to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered, promoting dignity, independence, and well-being for all residents.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications: Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Senior Healthcare Assistant, ideally in a residential or dementia care setting.
- Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Attitude: A caring, empathetic approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities
