Salary: Up to £65,000 + Performance-Based Bonus

Who We’re Looking For
Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced leader with a strong background in elderly care. The ideal candidate will have:
- Registered Nursing Home Manager Experience – Proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings (essential).
- Nursing Qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD) – Preferred but not essential.
- OR Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care – With significant leadership experience in a nursing home setting.
- Expertise in Nursing, Residential, and Dementia Care – Strong understanding of best practices in elderly care.
- Leadership & Organisational Skills – Ability to inspire, develop, and manage a dedicated care team.
