Registered Nursing Home Manager

Salary: Up to £65,000 + Performance-Based Bonus

 

Are you an experienced Registered Nursing Home Manager looking for an exciting leadership opportunity? Our client, a well-established nursing home with a Good CQC rating, is seeking a dedicated professional to lead their compassionate team.

 

Set in a stunning seaside location, this home provides nursing, residential, and dementia care, ensuring residents receive the highest standard of person-centred support. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact while leading a well-respected and welcoming care setting.

 

Who We’re Looking For

Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced leader with a strong background in elderly care. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Registered Nursing Home Manager Experience – Proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings (essential).
  • Nursing Qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD) – Preferred but not essential.
  • OR Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care – With significant leadership experience in a nursing home setting.
  • Expertise in Nursing, Residential, and Dementia Care – Strong understanding of best practices in elderly care.
  • Leadership & Organisational Skills – Ability to inspire, develop, and manage a dedicated care team.

  • Maintain Compliance & Regulatory Standards – Oversee CQC compliance and drive quality improvements.

  • Financial & Business Oversight – Manage budgets effectively while maintaining quality care.
