Nursing Home Manager – Lead with Compassion and Excellence!
Salary: From £50,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Our client, a well-established luxury care home, is seeking a dedicated Nursing Home Manager to lead their team. Specialising in residential and nursing care for older adults, the service has earned a Good CQC rating and is committed to achieving the highest standards of care.

As the Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the home, ensuring the highest quality of care for residents. You will lead and inspire a dedicated team, fostering a culture of kindness, respect, and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualifications: Nursing qualification and a valid UK NMC Pin or a Level 5 in Health and Social Care
• Proven experience managing a nursing home, with a track record of securing Good or Outstanding CQC ratings.
• A passion for elderly care, with a strong understanding of best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• A results-driven mindset, with the ability to manage budgets and drive continuous improvement.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a car for work purposes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and best practices.
• Maintain and build on the home’s Good CQC rating, with a focus on achieving ‘Outstanding’ where possible.
• Lead, mentor, and support the team to deliver person-centred, high-quality care.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure financial sustainability and operational efficiency of the service.
