Salary: £60,000 - £70,000
Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Home Manager to lead a well-established care home providing nursing, dementia, and residential care. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a service known for its compassionate approach, strong leadership, and commitment to excellence.
The home is purpose-built, offering modern, comfortable facilities designed to enhance both resident and staff well-being. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring outstanding care, compliance with regulations, and a positive environment for residents and staff.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Leadership Experience – A track record of success as a Registered Home Manager, with strong CQC ratings.
- Qualifications – RGN/RMN qualification preferred, but candidates with a Level 5 in Health & Social Care and strong management experience will be considered.
- CQC Success – A history of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings, demonstrating a commitment to high standards.
- Strong Leadership & Team Development – Ability to inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
- Communication & Problem-Solving Skills – A proactive approach to challenges, with excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills.
- Passion for Care – A commitment to delivering exceptional, person-centred care that enhances residents' lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational & Clinical Leadership – Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
- High-Quality Care Delivery – Ensure person-centred care that aligns with CQC standards and best practices.
- Team Development & Training – Lead, mentor, and develop staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Regulatory Compliance – Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and legislative requirements.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.
- Budget & Resource Management – Ensure financial efficiency while maintaining the highest levels of care.
- Continuous Improvement – Foster a culture of innovation and improvement, ensuring care delivery evolves to meet residents' needs.
