Registered Nurse – RGN/RMN

£21.50 per Hour | Day Shifts, Full-Time

Our client, a well-established care home in Bradford, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join their day shift team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled nurse to provide high-quality care to residents requiring nursing, mental health, and dementia support in a warm and welcoming environment.

 

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care throughout the day, ensuring residents receive the best possible treatment in a safe and comfortable setting. Working within a supportive team, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of nursing practice and resident wellbeing. This position is based in a beautiful care home that specialises in EMI/Dementia care for older adults, offering a nurturing and person-centred approach to residents.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Registered Nurse Qualification – RGN or RMN with valid UK NMC registration.
  • Experience – Previous experience in a nursing home or similar care setting.
  • Clinical Knowledge – Strong understanding of nursing procedures and best practices.
  • Health & Safety Awareness – Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance.
  • Compassion & Dedication – A caring and empathetic approach to patient care.
  • Resilience & Adaptability – Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and create tailored care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor residents' health, record vital signs, and update medical records.
  • Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals for optimal care delivery.
  • Provide guidance to residents and their families on health management.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and handover reports.
  • Accurate Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and provide thorough handover reports
