£21.50 per Hour | Day Shifts, Full-Time

Our client, a well-established care home in Bradford, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join their day shift team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled nurse to provide high-quality care to residents requiring nursing, mental health, and dementia support in a warm and welcoming environment.
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care throughout the day, ensuring residents receive the best possible treatment in a safe and comfortable setting. What We’re Looking For:
- Registered Nurse Qualification – RGN or RMN with valid UK NMC registration.
- Experience – Previous experience in a nursing home or similar care setting.
- Clinical Knowledge – Strong understanding of nursing procedures and best practices.
- Health & Safety Awareness – Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance.
- Compassion & Dedication – A caring and empathetic approach to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and create tailored care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor residents' health, record vital signs, and update medical records.
- Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals for optimal care delivery.
- Provide guidance to residents and their families on health management.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Maintain detailed documentation and handover reports.
- Accurate Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and provide thorough handover reports
