Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN)
£24 per hour| Day Shifts, 3-4 shift per week

Our client, a modern and welcoming luxury care home, is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join its team. What We're Looking For

• A registered RGN or RMN with a valid NMC pin.
• Experience in a care home or similar setting is desirable.
• A caring and person-centred approach to nursing.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of care and continuous professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective nursing care, tailored to individual needs.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor residents’ health, responding promptly to any changes.
• Work collaboratively with care teams, families, and external professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records.
• Support, mentor, and guide care staff to uphold high standards of care.
