Staff Nurse – RGN/RMN

Our client is in search of an experienced and dedicated Staff Nurse to join their team for day shifts. The role of the Staff Nurse will involve providing high-quality care to residents in a nursing home setting. Applications are encouraged from Registered General Nurses (RGN) and Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) with a passion for elderly care.

What We’re Looking For

• A valid UK NMC Pin and nursing qualification as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
• Demonstrated experience in a nursing home or elderly care setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and make effective decisions in challenging situations
• Strong understanding of person-centred care and safeguarding principles

Responsibilities

• Provision of nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
• Administration of medications and treatments as prescribed
• Documentation and maintenance of accurate resident records
• Collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Support and guidance for care staff to deliver exceptional care
• Adherence to all regulatory and company policies and procedures
