Registered Nurse – RGN/RMN
£21 per hour | Day Shifts, 36 hours per week

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join a warm and supportive nursing home environment. This role is within their nursing and dementia unit, where you will play a key part in delivering exceptional care to residents with diverse needs.

As a Staff Nurse, your role will focus on providing person-centred, high-quality care to individuals with dementia and nursing needs. This is an ideal opportunity for a nurse passionate about elderly care, who thrives in a collaborative, nurturing setting.

What We’re Looking For:

• Nursing qualification (RGN/RMN) and a valid UK NMC Pin
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing the highest standards of care

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality clinical care tailored to the unique needs of residents with nursing and dementia care requirements
• Work closely with the care team to achieve the best possible outcomes for residents
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and best practices
• Safely administer medication and assist in care planning
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Promote dignity, independence, and well-being for all residents
