Registered Home Manager – Residential Care
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £51,651.12 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week

We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Registered Home Manager for a well-established residential care facility in Liverpool. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home management and a commitment to delivering the highest standards of care. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the residential care facility, ensuring the smooth running of all areas
- Lead and manage a team of care professionals, providing guidance, training, and support
- Develop and implement individual care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, ethical guidelines, and best practices in care
- Foster a positive working environment, promoting teamwork and job satisfaction
- Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, implementing improvement initiatives as needed
- Take an active role in leisure and social activities, ensuring residents enjoy a fulfilling lifestyle
- Lead by example, demonstrating kindness, support, and professionalism in every aspect of the role
Qualifications & Experience:
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management (or equivalent qualification)
- Proven experience in a similar management role within a residential care setting
- Strong knowledge and experience of elderly care, including dementia and respite care
- Experience with regulatory compliance and quality assurance in care
- A current driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential
