As the Regional Support Nursery Manager, you will oversee and support the delivery of high-quality childcare services across a designated region. What We’re Looking For
Must hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above.
Proven experience in regulatory inspection and the childcare sector.
Demonstrable experience in achieving or exceeding KPI targets.
Strong background in safeguarding and health and safety management.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a passion for developing others.
A proactive, solution-focused approach with an ability to think critically in challenging situations.

Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and guidance across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Lead on safeguarding and health and safety matters, ensuring all staff are trained and compliant with the latest regulations.
Monitor performance against KPIs and work proactively to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain the highest standards of care.
Support the development and delivery of training and professional development initiatives for staff.
Liaise with regulatory bodies, ensuring the service maintains compliance at all times.
Provide ongoing support to managers and teams, offering guidance in the day-to-day operations of the service.
