Regional Support Nursery Manager

Salary: Up to £45,000

As the Regional Support Nursery Manager, you will oversee and support the delivery of high-quality childcare services across a designated region. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the service meets and exceeds regulatory requirements, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Must hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above.

  • Proven experience in regulatory inspection and the childcare sector.

  • Demonstrable experience in achieving or exceeding KPI targets.

  • Strong background in safeguarding and health and safety management.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a passion for developing others.

  • A proactive, solution-focused approach with an ability to think critically in challenging situations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and guidance across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

  • Lead on safeguarding and health and safety matters, ensuring all staff are trained and compliant with the latest regulations.

  • Monitor performance against KPIs and work proactively to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain the highest standards of care.

  • Support the development and delivery of training and professional development initiatives for staff.

  • Liaise with regulatory bodies, ensuring the service maintains compliance at all times.

  • Provide ongoing support to managers and teams, offering guidance in the day-to-day operations of the service.
