Our client is looking for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead their brand-new nursery. What We’re Looking For

• Childcare Qualification: Level 3 in Early Years (or above).
• Leadership Experience: Proven experience as a Nursery Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Early Years Expertise: Strong understanding of early childhood education, safeguarding, and child development.
• Communication Skills: Excellent ability to engage with children, families, and staff effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Daily Operations: Oversee the smooth running of the nursery, ensuring a stimulating and safe environment for children and staff.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support a dedicated team, fostering a culture of professional growth and collaboration.
• Compliance & Safeguarding: Ensure adherence to all statutory regulations and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of care.
• Curriculum Development: Implement and oversee an engaging curriculum that supports children’s learning, development, and individual needs.
• Family Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents and carers, maintaining open communication and a supportive partnership.
• External Collaboration: Work closely with external agencies and professionals to provide additional support where needed.
• Financial Management: Oversee the nursery’s budget and resources, ensuring efficient use of funds.
