Our client is looking for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead their brand-new nursery. What We’re Looking For
- Childcare Qualification: Level 3 in Early Years (or above).
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience as a Nursery Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Early Years Expertise: Strong understanding of early childhood education, safeguarding, and child development.
- Communication Skills: Excellent ability to engage with children, families, and staff effectively.
- Commitment to Inclusion: A passion for promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in all aspects of nursery life.

Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations: Oversee the smooth running of the nursery, ensuring a stimulating and safe environment for children and staff.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support a dedicated team, fostering a culture of professional growth and collaboration.
- Compliance & Safeguarding: Ensure adherence to all statutory regulations and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of care.
- Curriculum Development: Implement and oversee an engaging curriculum that supports children’s learning, development, and individual needs.
- Family Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents and carers, maintaining open communication and a supportive partnership.
- External Collaboration: Work closely with external agencies and professionals to provide additional support where needed.
- Financial Management: Oversee the nursery’s budget and resources, ensuring efficient use of funds.
