As Nursery Manager, you will be at the helm of a thriving nursery dedicated to nurturing children aged three months to five years. With a focus on holistic development and an inclusive approach, you’ll lead a talented team of educators, oversee daily operations, and create a welcoming environment where children, families, and staff can flourish.

 

Your Skills & Qualifications

  • Level 3 in Early Years or Above: A strong foundation in early childhood education.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven success in managing a nursery or similar early years setting.
  • Expertise in Child Development: Deep understanding of best practices in early education.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to engage and inspire children, families, and staff.
  • Champion of Inclusion: A commitment to diversity, equality, and creating a supportive, welcoming environment for all.
