Nursing Home Manager

Salary: Up to £55,000

 

Our client, a well-established and highly regarded care provider, is seeking a dedicated Nursing Home Manager to lead a specialist care home offering nursing, dementia care, and support for adults with complex needs. With a Good CQC rating, the home is committed to delivering the highest standards of person-centred care in a supportive and empowering environment.

 

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nurse-Qualified Manager (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the home, ensuring residents receive outstanding care while fostering a positive and motivated team culture.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with an active NMC pin
  • Previous experience as a Nursing Home Manager, with a track record of delivering high-quality care
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and support a dedicated team
  • A compassionate and person-centred approach to care
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and best practices in adult social care
