Nursery Third in Charge

Salary: Up to £31,000

Full-Time, 40 hours per week

Our client, a modern nursery, is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Nursery Third in Charge to join their dynamic team. With a stunning, state-of-the-art facility that caters to children aged 3 months to 5 years, the nursery offers a supportive and inclusive environment where children can explore, learn, and develop through age-appropriate activities in large, bright classrooms and a beautiful garden space for outdoor learning.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
• Proven experience in a nursery or early years setting, ideally with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills with a passion for delivering high-quality childcare.
• Ability to foster a positive and collaborative environment for both children and team members.

• Ensure the nursery consistently provides the highest standards of care and education in a safe and secure learning environment.
• Collaborate with the nursery team to meet the needs of each child, fostering their development and ensuring an inclusive and anti-discriminatory environment.
• Share responsibility for planning, organizing, and delivering engaging and educational activities that promote growth and learning for children within your room.
• Lead by example in translating learning outcomes into daily classroom practice, supporting both individual and team success.
• Maintain strong relationships with parents, ensuring transparent communication and trust as part of the nursery’s commitment to family involvement.
