Nursery Practitioner – Level 2

We are seeking a Level 2 Nursery Practitioner to join our client’s dynamic and inclusive nursery team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a safe and nurturing environment for young children.

Qualifications

• Level 2 in Early Years
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and child development
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
• A positive and nurturing approach to working with young children

Responsibilities

As a Level 2 Nursery Practitioner, you will spend your days engaging in hands-on activities with children, supporting their learning and development, and creating a warm and inclusive atmosphere within the nursery. You will work closely with the lead practitioners to ensure that each child receives the best possible care and educational experiences.

• Supporting the lead practitioners in planning and delivering engaging and inclusive activities for children
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in your care
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Contributing to the creation of a diverse and inclusive learning environment
• Assisting with daily routines such as meal times, naps, and outdoor play
