Salary: Up to £35,000 | Full-Time Hours
Our client, is looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join their dynamic team. What We’re Looking For:
- A Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
- Previous senior experience within a nursery or early years setting, including leadership responsibilities.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and creating a positive learning environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to manage and support a team effectively.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to the challenges of working with young children.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and safeguarding practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Support: Lead and motivate a team of nursery practitioners, ensuring high-quality care and education for all children.
- Curriculum Delivery: Implement the nursery’s bespoke curriculum to foster independence and a love for learning among children.
- Child Development: Observe, assess, and support children’s development, identifying any areas of concern and adapting activities to meet individual needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with parents and colleagues to ensure a holistic approach to each child’s well-being and learning journey.
- Health & Safety: Ensure the nursery environment is safe, clean, and well-organized, adhering to all safeguarding and health regulations.
- Professional Development: Support the professional growth of staff by providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
