Nursery Room Leader (Level 3)
Salary: Up to £32,000
40 hours per week

The nursery caters to children from three months to school age, offering a unique Montessori curriculum. It provides a stimulating and enriching environment where children thrive through hands-on experiences and a love for learning.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

• A minimum Level 3 childcare qualification
• GCSE English and Mathematics (Grade C or above) or equivalent (if qualification achieved after September 2014)
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS and OFSTED frameworks
• Excellent time management and organisational skills

The Nursery Room Leader (Level 3) will:

• Provide high-quality care and ensure a safe, engaging learning environment
• Act as a Key Person, building strong relationships with children and their families
• Ensure compliance with all internal and external policies and regulations
• Plan and implement daily activities aligned with the EYFS curriculum
• Conduct supervisions, evaluations, and mentoring for junior staff members
• Maintain accurate records and ensure appropriate filing
• Manage staffing levels within the room and arrange cover when required
