Nursery Room Leader – Inspire, Lead, and Nurture
Up to £14 per hour | 40 hours per week

As a Nursery Room Leader, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education. What We’re Looking For:
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
- Experience working in an early years setting, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's development and well-being.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- A proactive, positive, and nurturing approach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of nursery practitioners, fostering a positive and collaborative atmosphere.
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that support children’s learning and development.
- Ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment tailored to the needs of each child.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a nurturing community.
- Maintain high standards of care and education, following all policies and safeguarding guidelines.
- Observe and assess children’s development, ensuring activities align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Encourage a love for learning through play, creativity, and exploration.
