What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
• Proven experience working in an early years setting, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and best practices in childcare.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a caring and patient nature.
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team within the nursery room, ensuring high standards of care and education.
• Create and implement engaging activities that promote children’s development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment.
• Maintain a safe and hygienic setting, adhering to all safeguarding and health & safety regulations.
• Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing tailored support and guidance.
