What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
- Proven experience working in an early years setting, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and best practices in childcare.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a caring and patient nature.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team within the nursery room, ensuring high standards of care and education.
- Create and implement engaging activities that promote children’s development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic setting, adhering to all safeguarding and health & safety regulations.
- Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing tailored support and guidance.
