Our client is seeking a dynamic and passionate Nursery Room Leader (Level 3) to join their dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced early years professional to lead and inspire a team of practitioners, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for young children.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
- Proven experience working in a nursery setting, with strong leadership and team management skills
- In-depth knowledge of the EYFS framework and early childhood development best practices
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to making a positive impact on young children’s development

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of early years practitioners, fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere
- Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where children can learn and thrive
- Build strong partnerships with parents and carers, providing regular updates on their child’s progress
- Ensure all safeguarding, health, and safety procedures are consistently followed
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the nursery through staff meetings, training, and professional development
