What We’re Looking For?

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for working with children and the community.
  • A Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification (essential).
  • At least one year’s experience in a childcare setting (preferred).
  • A strong understanding of effective safeguarding practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage children and parents.
  • A flexible, self-motivated, and solutions-focused attitude.
  • The ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • A commitment to personal and professional development, with a willingness to engage in ongoing training.
