Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Salary: Up to £27,000
40 hours per week

 

Our client is looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their friendly and growing team. With carefully crafted spaces, the service provides personalised care and developmental opportunities that encourage growth, discovery, and a love for learning.

 

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in creating a warm and nurturing environment where children feel safe, valued, and inspired. Working as part of a supportive team, you will help children explore the world around them, build confidence, and develop key skills through play and meaningful interactions.

 

About You

  • Level 3 in Early Years or above
  • A genuine passion for supporting young children in their development
  • A nurturing and patient approach, with a strong understanding of children’s needs
  • Knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

  • Supporting children’s learning and development through engaging activities tailored to their age and stage
