Our client, a well-established and welcoming nursery, is looking for a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an early years professional to play a key role in supporting children's learning and development within a warm, inclusive, and engaging environment.
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment, where children feel valued and supported in their early years journey. Working as part of a collaborative team, they will encourage learning through play, build strong relationships with families, and ensure that every child’s individual needs are met.

What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent) – essential.
- A passion for early childhood development and a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting young learners.
- Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and high-quality early years education.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.
- Provide a nurturing and inclusive environment that supports children’s emotional and social development.
- Act as a keycarer, building strong bonds with children and tracking their progress.
- Work closely with parents and carers, offering regular updates and feedback.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in the nursery.
- Collaborate with colleagues, maintaining a positive and supportive team environment.
