Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Full-time and part-time options available | £12.83 per hour

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our client’s team! If you have a Level 3 Early Years qualification and a genuine love for working with children, we’d love to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 in Early Years (or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Understanding of child development and attachment theory

Day-to-Day Duties

• Engage in play-based learning with children.
• Support meal and nap times.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming learning environment.
• Communicate with parents about their child's day.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and implement activities.
• Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and development.
• Ensure all policies and procedures, including safeguarding, inclusion, and equality, are followed at all times.
