Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Salary: Up to £26,600
40 hours per week, full-time

Our client is looking for a nurturing and committed Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their inclusive and diverse team. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate early years professional who is dedicated to delivering high-quality care and tailored learning experiences for children aged 0–5.

The nursery offers beautifully designed, age-appropriate rooms and a dedicated outdoor play area that encourages exploration, creativity, and active learning.

What We’re Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education (or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in early education

Key Responsibilities

• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that supports children’s development
• Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate, engaging activities in line with the EYFS
• Observe, assess, and track children’s progress, sharing updates with parents and colleagues
• Support the personal, social, and emotional wellbeing of each child
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth daily routine and effective communication
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff
