Domiciliary Care Branch Manager
£35,000 – £45,000

 

Our client, a reputable domiciliary care service, is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care across Wakefield and surrounding areas. From 30-minute visits to 24-hour live-in support, they are dedicated to meeting the needs of individuals and families within the community.

 

They are currently seeking an experienced Domiciliary Care Branch Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of their service. The successful candidate will have a strong leadership background and a passion for delivering outstanding care and support to service users.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 5 in Health and Social Care
  • Proven experience in a management role within a domiciliary care service.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in social care.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • A proactive commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplace.
  • UK Driving license

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of service operations, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance with CQC and regulatory standards.
  • Provide clear leadership and support to a team of care professionals, fostering a motivated and high-performing workforce.
  • Develop and implement effective policies and procedures, ensuring the service runs efficiently and in line with legal and ethical requirements.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, and external stakeholders to ensure care needs are met and voices are heard.
  • Monitor, review, and continuously improve the quality of care delivered.
