Care Coordinator (Domiciliary Care)
Salary: Up to £25,000 (DOE)

Whether it’s a short 30-minute visit or full-time live-in care, the service is committed to supporting people to live independently in the comfort of their own homes.

 

They are now seeking a Care Coordinator to join their team — a motivated and organised individual who will help ensure the smooth delivery of care services and maintain the highest standards of support for both clients and staff.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 in Health and Social Care
  • Experience in a similar role within the Healthcare sector is essential
  • Excellent planning, time management, and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A good understanding of the CQC framework and care sector regulations
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage daily care schedules for care workers and service users
  • Liaise with clients, families, and professionals to ensure tailored, high-quality care plans
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and supervision of care staff
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and internal quality procedures
  • Monitor service delivery and respond proactively to any changes in client needs
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with clients, care staff, and external partners
  • Maintain accurate records and participate in audits and quality assurance processes
