Salary: Up to £25,000 (DOE)

Whether it’s a short 30-minute visit or full-time live-in care, the service is committed to supporting people to live independently in the comfort of their own homes.
They are now seeking a Care Coordinator to join their team — a motivated and organised individual who will help ensure the smooth delivery of care services and maintain the highest standards of support for both clients and staff.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 in Health and Social Care
- Experience in a similar role within the Healthcare sector is essential
- Excellent planning, time management, and organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- A good understanding of the CQC framework and care sector regulations
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily care schedules for care workers and service users
- Liaise with clients, families, and professionals to ensure tailored, high-quality care plans
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and supervision of care staff
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and internal quality procedures
- Monitor service delivery and respond proactively to any changes in client needs
- Build strong, trusting relationships with clients, care staff, and external partners
- Maintain accurate records and participate in audits and quality assurance processes
