Up to £42,000 | 37.5 hours per week | Monday – Friday
Our client, a well-established provider of home care services, is looking for an experienced Domiciliary Care Branch Manager to lead their team. Specialising in live-in care, complex care, and respite care, the service is committed to delivering person-centred support that enhances the lives of individuals in need.

What We’re Looking For
- Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Proven experience as a Domiciliary Care Branch Manager or a similar leadership role within the care sector.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- A passion for delivering compassionate and person-centred care.
