Domiciliary Care Branch Manager
Up to £42,000 | 37.5 hours per week | Monday – Friday

 

Our client, a well-established provider of home care services, is looking for an experienced Domiciliary Care Branch Manager to lead their team. Specialising in live-in care, complex care, and respite care, the service is committed to delivering person-centred support that enhances the lives of individuals in need.

 

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader in domiciliary care to make a meaningful impact. The successful candidate will oversee operations, ensuring high-quality care delivery, regulatory compliance, and a supportive work environment for staff.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience as a Domiciliary Care Branch Manager or a similar leadership role within the care sector.
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • A passion for delivering compassionate and person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily management of the branch, ensuring smooth operations and excellent care delivery.
  • Lead, support, and develop a team of care professionals, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and uphold the highest standards of care.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders to promote the service.
  • Manage budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation to maintain financial sustainability.
  • Drive service growth through strategic planning and community engagement.
