Care & Compliance Manager
Salary: Up to £42,500
Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
Are you an experienced care professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality? We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Care & Compliance Manager to join our client’s care home team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of care, ensuring full regulatory compliance, and supporting continuous improvement across the service.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 4 qualification or higher in Health and Social Care
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a care home setting
- Strong understanding of the Mental Capacity Act (MCA) and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS)
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and sound analytical judgment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures in line with regulatory and organisational requirements
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and quality assessments to ensure excellence in care delivery
- Provide guidance, training, and support to staff to promote best practices and a culture of compliance
- Collaborate with departmental leads to identify areas for improvement and implement effective action plans
- Keep up to date with changes in legislation and regulatory standards to ensure ongoing compliance
- Prepare and submit accurate reports to regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders as required
