What We're Looking For:

• A valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Proven experience as a Clinical Lead Nurse or in a similar leadership role within a nursing home setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills.
• A compassionate, resident-focused approach.
• Ability to manage and support a team while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
