What We're Looking For:
- A valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Proven experience as a Clinical Lead Nurse or in a similar leadership role within a nursing home setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills.
- A compassionate, resident-focused approach.
- Ability to manage and support a team while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
